Our offer is a response to the needs of the most demanding customers from various industries, mainly automotive, but also construction and machinery.
We provide services comprehensively: from surface preparation, through the application of a suitable electroplating coat to the application of a protective coating and sealing.
Additionally, we offer: technical consulting in the scope of services and preparation of parts for electroplating, making zinc coatings in accordance with the requirements of Polish and foreign standards and technical requirements of customers.
Laboratory
Our company has own modern analytical and control-measuring laboratory. This allows us to monitor the bath composition and the quality of the applied coatings.
Technology
New Zinc specializes in the application of zinc coatings in alkaline and acidic baths as well as alloys of zinc-nickel and zinc-iron. At the moment we have 3 rack lines and 2 barrel ones.

Electroplating
We offer coating in acidic or alkaline baths on barrel and rack lines:
We have the option of finishing the coating with passivation:
- transparent without Cr +6
- black without Cr +6
- yellow without Cr +6
- white with a blue shade without Cr +6
For all coats it is possible to use different types of sealers that increase corrosion resistance and sealants with sealer with integrated torque modifier (transparent 0.08-0.14, transparent 0.10-0.16, black 0.14-0.18).
New Zinc is a electroplating plant which has been operating on the Polish market since 2007. Our company continues the tradition of the Nuova Zincorotostatica electroplating plant founded in Rivarolo Canavese in Italy by the Rua family in 1965.
