Alkaline zinc
During the alkaline process, the parts receive a zinc coating with passivation in the following variants:
Thick film without Cr+6
Black without Cr+6
Blue without Cr+6
Yellow without Cr+6 (only on drum lines)
The modern zinc bath used in our galvanizing plant is characterized by excellent penetration, guarantees gloss and uniform distribution of coating thickness in the entire range of current densities. The zinc structure achieved as a result of the conducted process allows for bending of galvanized parts. The production scope includes both hanging and drum machines.
Zinc iron
The deposition of the zinc-iron alloy is carried out from an alkaline bath.
Zinc-iron coated surfaces combine functional anti-corrosion protection with an attractive surface appearance. This type of coating is used primarily in the automotive and construction industries.
In order to protect the zinc coating, we use passivation:
-Transparent without Cr+6
-Black without Cr+6
The technology is available on both the drum and hanger lines.
Zinc nickel
The zinc-nickel coating is made using drum and hanger technology.
We apply sealants with adjustable friction coefficient on drum lines:
-White coefficient of friction 0.08-0.14
-White coefficient of friction 0.10-0.16
-Black coefficient of friction 0.14-0.18
Acid zinc
Acid baths are the only ones of all types of galvanizing baths that have the ability to micro-smooth. The applied coating has much les roughness than the substrate it covers. As a result, the coatings abtain a mirror shine and are also very durable.
Acid zinc technology allows for the galvanization of cast iron elements.
Additionally, we can apply passivation:
-Thick film without C+6
-Blue without Cr+6
