New Zinc has been dynamically developing its business in the galvanization industry since 2007, providing high-quality protective coatings for the automotive, construction and machinery industries. Currently, our plant employs 132 people and occupies 10,349 m² of usable area, including 1,740 m² of warehouse space, which allows us to effectively fulfill even the most demanding orders. Thanks to many years of experience and modern technological solutions, we can provide our customers with coatings with high corrosion resistance and excellent quality of workmanship.

We specialize in applying zinc and alloy coatings, such as alkaline zinc, acid zinc, zinc-nickel and zinc-iron. Thanks to the use of modern technologies and strict process control, we guarantee optimal protection of steel and cast iron elements against corrosion. Our galvanic lines operate in a three-shift system, which allows us to maintain high efficiency and timely order fulfillment, even with large-scale production.

In recent years, we have been investing intensively in the development of infrastructure, launching new production lines and expanding our plant. An important step was the creation of a new production zone with an area of 4,500 m² and a warehouse for finished parts with an area of 480 m². We have two drum lines and three hanger lines, which allows for flexible and efficient production processes. Additionally, we have implemented a modern sewage treatment plant, which allows us to conduct our business in a more ecological way and in accordance with environmental standards.

Currently, in 2023, we have started further works related to the expansion of the 1200m2 warehouse part to better adapt to the growing market demand. Each new investment is a step towards even more efficient, more innovative and environmentally friendly production, which strengthens New Zinc’s position as a leader in the galvanization industry.
